Utility Toolkit ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Hardware Permissions: To provide our services, we request access to:

• Camera: Used by the QR Scanner to scan QR codes and by the Flashlight feature to control your device's camera flash
• Microphone: Used by the Sound Meter to measure ambient noise levels in decibels (dB)
• Device Sensors: Used by the Smart Compass to determine direction using the magnetometer
• Network State: Used by the Speed Test feature to check internet connectivity

Important: We do NOT collect or access your GPS location. The Smart Compass uses only built-in sensors, not location services.

2. How We Use Your Information

All features process data locally on your device:

• QR Scanner: Real-time scanning, no storage or transmission
• Sound Meter: No audio recorded or saved
• Smart Compass: Sensor data processed locally
• Speed Test: Network performance measured locally
• Calculator & Smart Counter: All calculations local

We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our app displays ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Google Advertising ID
• Device information (model, OS version)
• App usage data for analytics

This data does not personally identify you.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Stored Locally Only:

• Smart Counter values
• QR Generator session history
• Theme (dark/light mode) preferences

No cloud storage is used.

You may delete all data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.

5. Data Safety & Security

• No personal data collection
• No account or login required
• All permissions used only for feature functionality
• No sharing except AdMob advertising services

6. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe data was collected, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

• Use the app without personal information
• Deny permissions (some features may not work)
• Delete all data anytime
• Contact us with privacy concerns

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top.
